Benefits To The Community/Local Authority After The Upgrade Of Taman Subang Ria (If Approved)

  • The upgrading and re-development for the park will include additional and upgraded facilities – amphitheatre, water spout and jogging track, landscaping, better accessibility, CCTV security, and an upgraded public car park.
  • The proposed exclusive low-rise, low-density residential development together with the upgrading of the park will transform Taman Subang Ria into a truly integrated world-class recreational park and enhance the value of the surrounding properties.
  • Promote a healthy lifestyle and a safer environment – fishing, jogging, well-lit park, CCTV etc.
  • A positive addition to the existing residential and economic centre of Subang Jaya.
  • Income to the local authorities and government in a form of tax collection.
